Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American Actress who played a range of characters on television, in movies and in the theatre. She received numerous accolades including an Daytime Emmy Award and a National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche (May 25 1969 - August 11, 2022) was an American actress. Between 1987 and 1991, she received notoriety for her portrayal of Vicky Hudson's twin sister Marley Love. This led to two Soap Opera Digest Awards and the Daytime Emmy Award. The 1990s saw her became more famous for her appearances in films Donnie Brasco (1997), Volcano (1997) as well as I Know What You Did in the Summer (1997). In addition, she was in the was also in the action comedy film Six Days Seven Nights (1998) and the comedy-action film Wag the Dog (1997), the drama thriller film Return to Paradise (2000) as well as the political satirical film Wag the Dog (2007). Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney Sept. 6 53) was an American actor in the film industry. She is most well-known for her portrayal of Lieutenant Sheba in the popular television show Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). She's the daughter and granddaughter of actors Gene Lockhart. Lockhart's professional career started very early. When she was just four, Lockhart appeared in the film T is for Tumbleweed. Oscar nominations were announced for the film's short documentary. Mother and daughter spent a lot of time together on set, learning about the business. Lockhart has even appeared in numerous Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory, 1972 was the first film she appeared in by Lockhart. The year was 1972 and she was just 18 year old and portrayed her character as the daughter of Joan Crawford on The Sixth Sense. This was her last role as an actor. Anne has been reported to have rejected Laurie Strode (John Carpenter's 1978 Halloween horror) and Jaime Lee Curtis took the role. Carpenter stated the actress was his first selection for the role however, she declined. Anne does not remember being approached with the name of John Carpenter nor being offered the role. Maybe one of her agents decided to decline the role on her behalf, without notifying the actress. Glen Larson initially selected her to play Battlestar Galactica in 1978. The script was sent to him in rough form. She initially refused the part as the character wasn't that robust. Glen later wrote a part for her that featured a strong character called Sheba. The Living Legend was accepted when she was able to read the initial 25 pages of the script. The show ran for one season. She co-starred in Joyride with Desi Arnaz Jr., Melanie Griffith (the daughter of Desi Arnaz Jr. and Lucille Bell), Robert Carradine and Melanie Griffith in 1977 and in The Dark Tower with Michael Moriarty (1987).
