Claire Elise Boucher (bu:'SeI/boo-SHAY) born on March 17, 1988. The name she is given is Grimes. Her range of her music from the beginning is described as "lo the fi R&B" as well as "futuristic dance-pop". In addition, she has included elements of hip-hop electronic, rock and hip hop. Her songs frequently touch on the themes of science fiction and feminists. Five studio albums have been issued by her. Grimes was born and raised in Vancouver in the early 1990s, before she moved to Montreal in the year 2000. Grimes started releasing her music in solo fashion at the beginning of 2000. There were albums out through Arbutus Records in 2010, Geidi Primes, and Halfaxa in 2010. Following her the signing of 4AD her popularity grew with fame by releasing Visions, her third album of studio work. Visions features the singles "Genesis" and "Oblivion" and won the Canadian music industry's Juno Award for Electronic Album of the year. After this, she released her fourth studio album Art Angels, was released in the year 2015 and garnered the acclaim of critics, with several publications having declared it to be the best album of the year. Miss Anthropocene was her fifth studio album. Grimes, who is also an actor as well as a judge for Alter Ego's musical competitions had a role as a vocalist as part of Cyberpunk 2077 which was released 20th of January, 2020. Grimes Grimes Grimes
